What is a composite membrane?

Composite laminated film is a multi-layer material whose advantage is to receive the good properties of component materials such as: LLDPE, PET, PE, AL, OPP, CPP,...

When manufacturing, different types of materials will be used at the same time to create a complex membrane. This membrane has the properties of single material membranes. Ensure to fully meet all properties such as: gas resistance, moisture resistance, hardness, good printing properties, easy manufacturing features, good welding properties,...

Structure :

Formed from selective bonding between starting materials, printing ink, glue, and coating materials. Using processing methods with many stages and diversity.

Different polymers are used depending on their role such as structural layer, bonding layer, barrier layer, soldering layer .

Structural layer: ensures the necessary mechanical properties, easy printing properties and often has moisture resistance.
Bonding layers: are thermoplastic adhesive layers (in extruded form) used to combine materials of different nature.

Barrier layers: used to achieve special requirements for air barrier and odor retention.

Welding layer: to weld to create bag shape
